Heartbroken and lost, she decided to stay and work in the only home she had ever known, never forgetting Andre or giving up her hope of his return.
Inspired by the nuns that raised him, and following his calling from God, he is reassigned to a church to finish seminary only to find the very last person he expected to see again. The very one he had left behind so many years ago. As they work together in service, he found himself doubting the life he chose for himself, doubting the vows he was soon to take.
His feelings for his best friend had only grown in his absence though and he wasn’t certain if he should take the chance and act on them, or if Simone even felt the same way. Would Andre be able to remain faithful to the cloth, or will the temptation prove to be too great?
