Download Issues:

#1. Error: 404 (Tusfiles)

If you’re getting a similar error during download, this is related to the file-host’s (Tusfiles) server. This happens when the file-host’s server(s) encounters an error in processing the request from your IP address.
You can fix this issue by switching from WiFi to Mobile Data or vice versa. You can also use a VPN if the former suggestion doesn’t work for you.

#2. Error: 404 (Google)

If you’re getting a similar error during download, it means that the download link has expired.

#3. Error: Download Failed (Tusfiles)

If you’re getting a similar error during download (mostly in Apple devices), you can use the same resolution mentioned in the #1.

#4. Error: Unable To Connect (Tusfiles)

This is a problem with the file-host’s server. Please notify us immediately.
During this time we can only wait and hope for faster action by file-host.

#5. Error: Link Expired (Tusfiles)

If you’re getting a similar error during download, it means that the download link has expired.

#6. Error: Unable to Open

If you’re getting a similar error after downloading or the eBook is not opening, please contact us. We will fix it as fast as possible.

#7. Error: Missing Texts/Chapters

Most of the time, it happens when the app you’re using is not compatible with the eBook.
You can try to open the eBook with a different app. It should work otherwise you can contact us.
