Possessed (Fated Mates of the Kalixian Warriors #11) by Presley Hall – Free eBooks Download
Description:
My sister found love with a dashing alien warrior, but I’m too practical for something like that to ever happen to me.
Right?
Now that Nadia is happily settled into her new life with Zatir, I’m not quite sure what to do with myself. I was the protective older sibling for so long, I’ve forgotten who I am besides that.
I need to make my own life on this strange new planet. Need to figure out how I fit in here.
So when a natural disaster strikes a remote village on Kalix, I volunteer to go help with the rescue mission. I want to pay back a little of the debt I owe these fierce alien warriors.
But I didn’t know he would be coming too. Vrale. The brawny Kalixian who always seems to get under my skin in a way that no one else can.
He’s older than most of the other warriors, and there’s something about his quiet, stoic demeanor that draws me to him. He’s haunted by something from his past, although I don’t know what it is. And even though he’s not looking for a mate any more than I am…
Sometimes fate has other plans.

Review from Amazon:
5.0 out of 5 stars “You’ve brought me back to life”
A wonderful story to end this series. I’m very sad that this series is over, but I hope perhaps it can get an expansion in the future. I just know there are more abducted Terran women out there that can be rescued and find their happy endings. I really enjoyed this book. I loved that all the action revolved around a rescue mission at a village away from the capital city. No evil enemies or alien threats, but rather people coming together to save and help others. It was exciting and suspenseful, but also felt overall more peaceful here in the final book.
I loved this couple together. Brielle and Vrale had a lot in common and similar mindsets. They complimented each other wonderfully. Brielle got on my nerves in the last book being way overprotective and controlling in her desire to protect her sister. But that was from her sister’s POV. Here, we are in Brielle’s mind, and she is a kind, caring, and determined woman whose nature as a nurturer and her desire to help other people shine through. I was happy she got her own book. Vrale is strong, skilled and well respected. He found his fated mate when he was young, but lost her when she died along with the majority of Kalix’s females. He was completely shocked when his soul recognized a second fated mate- Brielle.
Thanks so much.
